First, the requirements for laying the site

1. The laying of anti-static floor price should be carried out after the completion of indoor civil construction and renovation;

Second, anti-static floor laying tools

Third, the construction steps

1. Carefully check the flatness of the ground and the verticality of the wall. If any major defects are found or need to be partially modified, it should be submitted to the relevant department of Party A;

2, pull the horizontal line, and the anti-static floor installation height is bombed onto the wall with ink line to ensure that the anti-static floor after laying is in the same level, measure the length, width and selection of the reference position in the room, and pop the mounting support on the ground. Network grid to ensure neat and beautiful laying, while minimizing the cutting of anti-static floor;

3. Adjust the support to be installed to the same required height and place the support at the intersection of the ground grid lines;

4. Fix the truss beam to the support with the mounting screws, and correct the truss beams one by one with the horizontal ruler and the right angle ruler so that they are both in the same plane and perpendicular to each other;

5. Place a movable anti-static floor on the assembled truss beam with a suction plate;

6. If the remaining size near the wall is smaller than the length of the active anti-static floor, you can use the method of cutting the anti-static floor to make up;

7. When laying anti-static floor, the level of the blister level is leveled by block. The height of the anti-static floor is adjusted by the adjustable support. During the laying process, it should be handled gently to prevent scratching the anti-static floor and damaging the edge strip. It should be cleaned while laying to avoid leaving debris and dust under the anti-static floor;

8. When installing heavy equipment in the equipment room, install a support under the anti-static floor of the equipment base to prevent deformation of the anti-static floor;

9. When the HPL decorative board needs to be cut or opened, the φ6～φ8 cracking hole should be made at the concave corner of the opening to prevent cracking of the anti-static floor decorative surface after processing.
