Pedestal in solid design, whetherproof material (Polypropylen = PP +TV20). The used plastic material does not contain any plastcizer. Thus the unit is 100% compatible with any other building materials such as bitumen, PVC, PIB, ECB, elastomer plastic material. The pedestal VTP50/75 is of special foot fall sound damping. Units can be stacked, bottom and top part are keyed- solid connection. Rotating either bottom or top enables easy height adjustment from 50-75 mm. For leveling shims can be supplied, too. and can be used with our pedestal called VTP 50/75. In addition to VTP 50/75 exists a special threated part called VT 60/105。

SUBSTRATES / LEVELING 

The typical substrate is an Atlas rubber pedestal, shims or protection board. Below this may be a 9”x 9” piece of the waterproof membrane, proper and high-density: drainage mat, geo-tech fabric, extruded polystyrene, concrete blocks and prefabricated stands (by others). Height adjustments can be achieved by utilizing these or other appropriate products, or by stacking the pedestals. Expect minor settling.
